This Privacy Policy applies only to AMS’s receipt and use of your information.  As discussed in the TOU, AMS provides contract based, non-legal administrative services to our affiliates and law firms in our professional network (the “Law Firms”) in exchange for a fee that is paid exclusively by the Law Firms that receive AMS’s administrative services.  AMS is neither affiliated with the Law Firms nor participates in, administers or has any responsibilities or obligations regarding your mortgage modification or related program and its success or failure. The Law Firms’ privacy policies cover the treatment of your information once it is received thereby.  By inputting your information on our Website, you expressly consent to AMS sharing such information with our affiliates or Law Firms.

1.         What Information About Me Is Collected On Our Website And How Is It Collected?
